Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of November 2003 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mertos Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John
Perry and Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of November 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
