Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the above-named companies on the 10th day of March 2004 at 11.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of the above-named companies fix the 14th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
