Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 1st day of March 2004 at 12.00 midday, voluntarily appointed Paula Anne Kearns, chartered accountant of JPK Solutions Limited, as liquidator of the company.
The voluntary liquidation will commence on the 1st day of April 2004.
