Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3 (1) and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 18th day of December 2003 at 4.10 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Baycare Properties Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Patrick Donovan, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2003 at 4.10 p.m.
