Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert James Taylor, chartered accountant of Christmas Gouwland & Co, was appointed liquidator of Destrev Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of December 2003.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Robert Taylor at Level Twelve, Citibank Centre, Auckland, or telephone (09) 309 1799.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
