Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 225 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 3rd day of March 2004.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
No meeting of creditors will be held.
In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis that:
(a) there will be less than 20 cents in the dollar distribution to unsecured creditors;
(b) there will be insufficient assets to settle secured creditors;
(c) if a creditor holds a contrary view, they should notify the liquidator within 10 days of publication of this notice; and
(d) a meeting would cause expense and serve no useful purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 30th day of April 2004, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
