On Thursday, the 4th day of March 2004 at 6.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hutt Club Continuation Limited be put in liquidation and that Peter James Willis be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed the 25th day of March 2004, as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the company's assets.
