Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 2nd day of March 2004 at 11.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Halsey Street Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of March 2004.
