Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by reason of ceasing to
trade, Blue Ice Cafe Limited be liquidated and that Derek
J. Craze, of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of March 2004
at 2.30 p.m.
