Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that at a creditors' meeting held on the 1st day of March 2004 at 12.30 p.m., at the Institute
of Chartered Accountants, Ohinerau Street, Auckland,
the creditors replaced Jeffrey Phillip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward with Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, as liquidators of Advance Exports (NZ) Limited (in liquidation).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Advance Exports (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) hereby fix the 2nd day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority of their claims, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
