Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Charles Grey, chartered accountant of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed liquidator of S Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of December 2003 at 3.20 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
