Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Milson Drapery Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February 2004 at 12.00 midday, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 2004.
The liquidator fixes the 15th day of March 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
