Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of February 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that World Masters Surf Champs Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Carlaw Richards, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of February 2004.
