Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of December 2003, it was resolved by
the board of directors, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Catchword Fourteen Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2003.
