Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 23rd day of February 2004 at 3.00 p.m., when the members appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator
of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes 26th day of March 2004, as the day before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
