Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of V.I.C. Holdings Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December 2003 at 5.00 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidators advise that a declaration as to solvency dated the 18th day of December 2003 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2003.
