Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Harbour City Builders Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of February 2004 at 10.38 a.m., Harbour City Builders Limited was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court in Wellington.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of February 2004.
