Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute books of the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on the 12th day of February 2004.
The liquidations commenced on the 12th day of February 2004 in the case of Investor Technology Limited
(in liquidation) at 9.50 a.m., in the case of Quay
Financial Systems Limited (in liquidation) at 10.00 a.m., and in the case of Financial Data Services Limited
(in liquidation) at 10.05 a.m.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 11th day of March 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
