Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of sections 241 (2) and 243 (8) and (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of K Y Young Gardens Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of February 2004 at 2.00 p.m., I, Graham Lewis St John Pedler, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
Notice is given, pursuant to section 245 of the Act, that:
(a) A director's resolution and certificate that the company is solvent has been filed with the Registrar under section 243 (9) of the Act;
(b) Having regard to the assets and liabilities of
the company, the likely result of the liquidation
and other relevant matters, the liquidator considers
a meeting of creditors should not be held; and
(c) There are no known creditors.
