Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Scott A. Massie, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners, was appointed liquidator of GT Motor Enterprises Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of December 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Lock & Partners at Level One, 171 Hobson Street, Auckland, on telephone (09) 379 8410.
A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
19th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
