Notice of Voluntary Winding Up

Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of March 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a), that Denrod Limited be voluntarily wound up and that Graham Richard Wood, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of March 2003.
