Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Australia
Pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company hereby gives notice that, after
the 19th day of January 2004, the company intends to apply to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
