Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Sections 219-221 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, with effect from the 10th day of February 2003, the above-named companies will be amalgamated and operate as one company under the name Terrace Investments (Napier) Limited.
Any creditor of those companies can obtain a copy of the proposal upon request to the registered office at Oldershaw & Co, Marewa House, 106A Kennedy Road, Napier.
