The Companies Act 1993
Take notice that the Registrar of Companies proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it was still carrying on business at the time of its removal:

Any person who wishes to object to its restoration must do so in writing to the address below on or before the 5th day of August 2003, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
