Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given of the proposed amalgamation of Tecpak Industries Limited ("Tecpak") and Tecpak Industries 2000 Limited ("Tecpak 2000").
A copy of the amalgamation proposal:
(a) is available for inspection during normal business hours at the registered office of either Tecpak or Tecpak 2000 as set out below; or
(b) will be sent free of charge upon request to either Tecpak or Tecpak 2000 made at or to the address set out below; or
by any shareholder or creditor of Tecpak or Tecpak 2000 or by any other person to whom either amalgamating company is under an obligation.
