Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Killin Limited and Doverhay Limited hereby give notice that in not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, they propose amalgamating and continuing as Killin Limited.
Any member or creditor of any of the above-named companies, or any person to whom any of the
above-named companies is obligated, may inspect copies
of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of
the companies as follows:
Doverhay Limited, 1 Antares Place, Mairangi Bay, Auckland.
Killin Limited, Level Three, 8 Cleveland Road, Parnell, Auckland.
Any member or creditor shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request from either of the above-named companies.
