Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Kingett Mitchell Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.
Under the amalgamation proposal, Kingett Mitchell Limited and Kingett Mitchell Holdings Limited are to amalgamate and continue as one company (being Kingett Mitchell Limited).
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation,
at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies situated at Level Two, 4 Fred Thomas Drive, Takapuna, Auckland.
A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
