Take notice that on the 24th day of February 2003, an application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Trans Tasman Properties Limited ("the defendant company"), was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The order sought is an order requiring the defendant company or SEA Holdings Limited to acquire the plaintiffs' shares in the defendant company at the net asset value of such shares and various consequential orders.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 10th day of April 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
