Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held concurrently in the Exhibition Room at the Hamilton Gardens Pavilion, Cobham Drive, Hamilton, on Friday, the 24th day of October 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
Agenda
1. Liquidators report on the proceeding of the liquidations to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the companies' affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidators.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
