Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to clause 8.4 of the compromise proposal, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held at the Auckland Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, on Wednesday, the 1st day of October 2003 at 10.30 a.m.
Agenda
1. To receive the compromise managers' report.
2. To consider whether the companies have met
their obligations under the compromises or whether
such obligations are likely to be met.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the compromise managers not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
