Notice is hereby given of a general meeting of shareholders of Dyer Bros Limited to be held in the offices of Kevin Bradley Limited, Chartered Accountants, 114 Bank Street, Whangarei, on Friday, the 24th day of October 2003 at 12.00 midday, to lay before the meeting an account of the winding up showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.

Notice is also hereby given that a creditors' meeting of Dyer Bros Limited will also be held on Friday, the 24th day of October 2003 at 12.30 p.m., in the offices of Kevin Bradley Limited, Chartered Accountants, to report to creditors on how the winding up of the company has been conducted.
