Notice of Final Call for Creditor Claims
Creditors' Compromise Adopted Pursuant to Part XIV of the Companies Act 1993
This notice is provided as a final call to all parties who believe they have a claim as a creditor of the company.
All known creditors of the company have previously been contacted regarding their claims against the company.
We request that any parties who may not have been contacted by the compromise managers and who believe they have a valid claim against the company should notify the compromise managers immediately.
For any additional claims to be considered, they must be provided in writing to the compromise managers supported by all relevant information by the close of business on the 29th day of September 2003.
