Notice is hereby given that a first meeting of creditors of Bergers Securities Limited (in liquidation) is to be held on the 4th day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m., at the premises
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 23-33 Ohinerau Street, Auckland.
Forms of general and special proxies are available from the office of the liquidator at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 3678), Auckland.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the office of the liquidator no later than the 1st day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
