Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 Companies Act 1993
We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner,
and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were declared to be replacement liquidators of Project Works Construction Limited at a meeting of the creditors, pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 25th day of June 2001.
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors is to be held by way of postal ballot.
Any creditor may cast a postal vote on all or any of the matters to be voted on by forwarding a completed voting form to:

who is authorised to receive and count postal votes.
To be valid, voting papers must be received by Ian Robertson no later than Monday, the 21st day of July 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
The purpose of the vote is to determine whether, from the 25th day of June 2001:
(a) V. J. Fatupaito and J. A. Waller should act as liquidators of the company; or
(b) P. R. Jollands and C. J. Jollands should act as liquidators of the company.
The following resolutions will be submitted to creditors through the postal ballot.
Resolution A:
That V. J. Fatupaito and J. A. Waller should act as liquidators of the company.
Resolution B:
That P. R. Jollands and C. J. Jollands should act as liquidators of the company.
