Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Westwood Beef (NZ) Limited
(in liquidation) will be held by way of a postal ballot on the 13th day of June 2003.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the resolution that:
Application be made to the Court for the appointment
of Wayne Deuchrass and Iain Nellies, of Insolvency Management Limited, Level Four, 728 Colombo Street, Christchurch, as joint and several liquidators of the company in place of the official assignee.
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and postal votes must be lodged with the official assignee by Friday, the 13th day of June 2003 no later than 3.00 p.m.
