Notice of Anticipated Dividend
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Ultimate Rugby Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the 30th day of June 2003, is the day on or before which creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
The liquidators anticipate that a dividend of between 2 and
4 cents in the dollar will be paid.
Any dividend less than $10.00 will not be paid out unless specifically requested in writing.
