Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 245 of the Companies Act 1993
To: All creditors.
The liquidator, pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, hereby gives notice that:
1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
2. The reason why the liquidator so decided is that there are no known creditors of the company.
3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless
a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
