Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of College Property Management Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the Harbour City Motor Inn, 50 Wharf Street, Tauranga, on Wednesday, the 28th day of May 2003 at 10.30 a.m.
Business
1. Report From the Liquidators
To receive and consider a supplementary report from the liquidators on the state of affairs of the company as at
the date of the meeting.
2. Appointment of Liquidators
To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place
of the present liquidators, who were appointed by the shareholders of the company, and, if thought fit, to pass
the following resolution:
"That no liquidator be appointed to replace the present liquidators."
3. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether the liquidators should be asked to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting
the liquidation and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
"That no views of creditors as to the conduct of the liquidators be placed before the liquidators."
