Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Whistler Queenstown Leases Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Conference Centre, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Friday, the 28th day of March 2003, commencing at 2.00 p.m.
Business
1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of P. G. Sargison and
G. S. Rea as liquidators of the company.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider and, if thought fit, to pass resolutions requesting the liquidators to implement recommendations they have made.
5. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
A body corporate may appoint a representative to attend on its behalf without the need for a proxy.
To be effective, the proxy must be received by the liquidators no later than the 26th day of March 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
