Notice to Creditors to Claim
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of HIH Underwriting and Agency Services (N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the joint and several liquidator of the above-named company which is being liquidated, does hereby fix the 11th day of April 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Failure to act on this notice means creditors:
(a) May be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before lodging their claims; and/or
(b) May be excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims is established.
