Notice of Meeting of Creditors and
Last Dates by Which to Prove Debts or Claims
A meeting of creditors of the above-named company will
be held by way of a postal ballot on the 21st day of
March 2003.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the
resolution that:
"Warwick Syers, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator in place of Dennis J. Gray and John G. Cornes who were appointed as liquidators of the company as at the 10th day of February 2003."
Postal votes must be completed, signed and lodged with the liquidators no later than 3.00 p.m. on the 21st day of March 2003, at the address stated below.
