Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Goldsmith Fox PKF, 236 Armagh Street, Christchurch, on the 14th day of March 2003 at 9.00 a.m. for the following purposes:
(a) Whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidator or appoint another liquidator;
(b) To determine whether to pass a resolution setting out the views of the creditors; and
(c) To vote on a proposal that a liquidation committee be appointed.
Voting papers and proxy forms will be mailed to known creditors.
