Application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 to notify on certificate of title NA127A/619, the registered proprietor of the land is Metlifecare Browns Bay Limited, the extinguishment of the right of way easements created by transfer 206135, appurtenant to the land in certificates of
title NA14B/1132, NA14B/1450, NA13D/1178, NA74D/161 and NA77A/712 - see application 5447934.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the right of way easements against
the above-mentioned certificates of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
