Application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act
1952, to notify on certificate of title NA42D/641 the extinguishment of the memorial:
"Subject to the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off."
The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title NA42D/641 is Jack Sellens, lodged under application 5410648.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment upon the expiration of 14 days from
the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
