Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Terence Spencer Hawkins and Velma Anne Hawkins to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B. 148931.2 of the land in certificate of title WN154/42 and 5C/598 (Wellington Registry), of which the lessors are Terence Spencer Hawkins and Velma Anne Hawkins and the lessee is Maurice Sloan.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 5771692.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on Monday, the 22nd day of December 2003.
