The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a profit a prendre. The applicant claims the profit a prendre is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the profit a prendre on the 9th day of January 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Description of Profit a Prendre: Forestry Right over the land comprised in Computer Register GS4C/267, created by Forestry Right 5101463.7, registered on the 1st day of November 2001.
Circumstances: The holder Beech Products NZ Limited has been placed in receivership and the Forestry Right is therefore terminated by Clause 11.1 of the Agreement.
