Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, of application 5441199.1 for notification on the Register of the re-entry and recovery of possession
of the leasehold premises pursuant to memorandum of lease 730365.1 between Rosemary Elizabeth Edwards as lessor and Ettrick Tavern (1994) Limited as lessee (Computer Freehold Register OT9C/1126 Otago Land District).
This notice expires on the 13th day of March 2003.
