The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the affected easements as being redundant by reason of the circumstances described hereinafter. I intend to remove the affected memorials one month after the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land and Interest: Right of way easements over parts of certificate of title NA136D/122; marked "C" and "E" on Deposited Plan 114978, appurtenant to the land in certificates of title NA696/191, NA703/325, NA14D/1211, NA23D/203, NA34D/99, NA88D/165, NA88D/166 and NA136D/124, created by Deeds 303755 (R369.519), 312747 (R390.348), 312949 (R397.117), 313711 (R390.557), 315875 (R397.661) and 330619 (R428.321).
Circumstances: The subdivision of the land has made changes to the positioning of the various easements. As a result, right of way easement over areas marked "C" and "E" on Deposited Plan 114978 became redundant.
