The applicants described below have applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the affected easements as being redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the affected memorials one month after the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Applicants: Trevor Donald McCathie and Colleen Joyce McCathie.
Land and Interest: Water right easements over part of Lot 3, coloured red on the easement diagram shown in memorandum of transfer 254738 and marked "Water Easement Nine Links Wide" (certificates of title NA106B/115 and NA136B/373), appurtenant to the land in certificates of title NA681/92, NA4A/180, NA4A/181, NA88B/252, NA88B/253, NA135D/166 and NA135D/167.
Circumstances: The servient land in NA106B/115 and NA136B/373 has become part of the land vested as road and shown as Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 208378.

Applicants: Golf Harbour Views Limited.
Land and Interest: Rights of way and electricity right over part certificate of title NA120D/288, appurtenant to the land in certificate of title NA120D/286.
Circumstances: The servient land in NA120D/288 has become part of the land vested as road and shown as Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 208378.

Applicants: Golf Harbour Views Limited.
Land and Interest:
(a) Right of way easements created by B. 287997.4 over part NA120D/288, appurtenant to NA111A/845;
(b) Electricity and telecommunications right easements created by D. 344717.26 over part NA120D/888, appurtenant to NA111A/845; and
(c) Electricity right easements created by D. 344717.27 over part NA120D/288, appurtenant to NA111A/845.
Circumstances: The dominant land in NA111A/845 is part of the land to be vested as road and shown as Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 208378 and all the easements relating to it will be redundant.

Land and Interest:
(a) Right of way easement created by B. 876139.4 over part NA120D/288, appurtenant to NA89A/781; and
(b) Right of way easement created by B. 287997.4 created over part NA120D/888, appurtenant to NA89A/781.
Circumstances: The vesting of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 208378 will render the above easements redundant as far as it affects the above land.

Circumstances: The vesting of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 208378 will render the above easements redundant as far as it affects the above land.
