Notice is hereby given that the parcel of land described in the Schedule will be brought under the Land Transfer Act 1952, unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same before the 17th day of December 2003, lodged under application 5720742.1 by the Christchurch City Council.

Part Rural Section 271 (Deeds Index 3C/S 800) and part Rural Section 368 (Deeds Index C.368) containing 796 square metres, being all of the land shown as Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan 77572 in the name of Isaac Thomas Cookson.
A plan of the land may be inspected at Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch.
